Summer Markets
Mallacoota’s Summer Markets are an absolute holiday must! Back every year to treat you to a plethora of mouth-watering goodies and shopping opportunities, simply wander around the stalls and be amazed by the finest local products.
Find the Summer Market in and around The Lion’s Park and The Mallacoota Mudbrick Pavilion -within The Mallacoota Community Precinct.
Run during school Christmas Holidays and Easter, stalls open every Saturday from 8am to 12pm.Â
Artisan and Produce Market
Running on the first Saturday of the month -except during January and Easter- from 8 am to 12 pm, this is Mallacoota’s staple market. A gathering place for families and friends, come in and claim your piece of home-grown and hand-made products!
The market is held at Lion’s Park and The Mudbrick Pavilion, within The Mallacoota Community Precinct.


Food Van Feast

Date & Time: Saturday 10th July 2021 3-7pm
Where: Lions Park Mallacoota
Come along and let the food vans cook you dinner, enjoy some live music and lanterns displays all while helping raise money for the Mallacoota kinder. Kids will love this family friendly event too heaps of activities to keep them busy – jumping castles, face painting, M.Y. Van from Save The Children and heaps more.
Wild Harvest Seafood Festival
11 – 13 November 2022
Celebrate the unique life breeding below the abundant shores of East Gippsland and its neighbouring regions. Sign in for three days of feasting at the Wild Harvest Seafood Festival, and try the most exquisite marine delicacies, beer, wine, and local produce.
Indulge your palate at charming Mallacoota, all with the Wilderness Coast as your background.
The festival kicks off November 11th and lasts for three full days. Find the schedule on the website, and mingle with the locals at any of the festival’s many community events and fun activities.



Far Easter Surf Festival
Run by the Mallacoota Boardriders, the Far Easter Surf Festival is here to stay! Born to celebrate the local surf community and the town’s ocean culture, the festival is a parade of surf competitions, karaoke, live music, and even an Easter egg hunt.

East Gippsland Winter Festival
East Gippsland’s brand new winter festival is bound to entertain the whole family. Showcasing a wide array of fun activities across the region, visitors will enjoy from lighting and art displays to live performances, nature-based adventures, cultural tours, workshops, and more.
